Delivery Within Australia Most of our parcels will take 2 to 5 business days to be delivered to you. We make every effort to ensure all our items advertised are in stock, but sometimes out of stock situations do occur. If a product you order does happen to be out of stock, we will contact you immediately. International Customers We do not deliver overseas, the information in our kits is designed for use in Australia. International customers are welcome to place orders for delivery to family and friends in Australia. Invoices Please note we do not send hard copies of invoices to keep paper wastage to a minimum, you will be emailed a copy of your invoice. If for some reason you do not receive it please feel free to contact us at Packaging We are very aware of the need to look after our environment, with this in mind, we keep boxes that have been sent to us and source second-hand boxes. We re-use them when sending parcels to our customers. We also recycle other packaging materials that have been included in parcels sent to us in an effort to reduce waste. General Returns/Change of Mind We offer our customers a money back guarantee, when you receive your order, if your purchase is not what you expected, you have the option of returning the item to us for a full refund of the product price subject to the following conditions:
Faulty or Damaged Products If for any reason your purchase arrives in less than perfect condition, we happily offer a refund or replacement and we will cover the cost of the return postage. The items ordered must be returned in original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us by phone or email to report any damaged or faulty products. Please note refunds are made via paypal back to your paypal account.
